There are probably a lot of people moving around here all day.There were many order screens that were broken, the toilet was dirty, a rather messy impression but perhaps not so strange with the pressure of people who probably move here for a whole day, combined with few of the staff.
Been here twice.Nice and helpful workers, but the food is usually awful and the place is often dirty.From wrong orders to burned burgers and under cooked fries.Multiple machines don't give out receipt and sadly the food is not good enough for the wait.
Probably the slowest of all McDonald's in Skåne. If you think about picking up a burger within the 40 minutes you have until your next train. Don't. They will literally take 50 minutes to get out a burger, with a 50% of getting the order wrong. Big Yikes.
this vending machines not printing order recipe , same time event if we pay order is not place, same cashier helpful fix this issue , but same time it bot very friendly
Wow! We just bought 2 burgers and realized that we needed to run to the train. So we only took 1 of them and took off to the train. This amazing staff ran after us with the second hamburger and managed to give it to us before the train left! That is what you say when someone goes above and beyond! Didn’t catch his name but wow, that is what you call great service and it made our day! McDonals is very lucky to have someone like him!
Good food, lots of seats and friendly staff, the only thing that deducts a star is the fact that the wait time is usually pretty long here compared to other McDonald’s places, the tables are often dirty after a customer has left it for a long time and refills on pepper, salt and ketchup almost never happen which forces you to go to the counter and ask them to either refill it.
The place had a bad smell. The staff were just standing around while two patrons were waiting to place an order. None of the 20 free tables had been wiped clean. There is obviosly a lack in motivation going on at this MC D's
